PEWAUKEE ANTIQUE & CLASSIC BOAT SHOW
RETURNS FOR ITS EIGHTH YEAR 

Full day of FREE activities planned on Pewaukee Lakefront 

Pewaukee, Wis.—Eighth Annual Pewaukee Antique & Classic Boat Show at Pewaukee Lakefront Park, north of the Beach, on Saturday, August 18th, from 9:00 am. to 5:00 pm. 

Thirty plus antique and classic boats will be docked at the pier for up-close viewing.  At 10:30 am The Thor of Oslo, the beautiful 30 ft. wooden cruiser built in Norway in1958 for Harold E. Koch, will make a special entrance as the Featured Boat of the Show.  In addition, an impressive line of antique cars will be displayed along Wisconsin Avenue and The Wheelmen will ride their antique bicycles.

Once again, the Waterfront  Plein-Air Art Fair will be hosted by the Pewaukee Area Arts Council, the Children will be able to paint their own wooden toy boat and the Wisconsin Scale Boating Association will be demonstrate their models .

Music will be provided by the 8-piece band, A Little Bit of Heaven. Food, refreshments and 2012 Pewaukee Boat Show posters will be available for purchase at the Ship’s Store.

At 4:30 pm the show will end with a special Presentation of Colors Honoring our Country and the Veterans Who Serve.  The State of Wisconsin VFW Honor Guard, Army Reserves, Coast Guard,  VFW and American Legion will participate.   A fly-over of vintage airplanes is also planned.    

All veterans are encouraged to attend!
